Our acquisition strategy prioritizes low-leverage, long-term fixed-rate debt to reduce interest rate risk and provide stability through cycles. The long hold period is designed to preserve steady cash flow, capture appreciation, and minimize transaction costs and taxable events.
On development, we selectively partner with experienced managers and co-investors who align with our approach to underwriting, risk control, and design quality.
